Seniman Coffee Studio is the legendary birthplace of specialty coffee in central Bali, proudly situated along Jalan Sri Wedari in Ubud. Co-founded by designer Rodney Glick and coffee maestro David Sullivan, this world-class micro-roastery approaches coffee as a dynamic form of fine art and scientific precision. Guests sit on bespoke upcycled plastic rocking chairs while baristas craft pour-overs, siphons, and espresso flights showcasing single-origin beans from across the Indonesian archipelago. The studio also houses a dedicated cupping room, coffee workshops, and a delicious Indonesian comfort-food kitchen.
