Gusto Gelato & Caffé is Bali's most iconic artisanal gelato and sorbet parlour, established in 2011 by French pastry chef and gelato master Franck Paté on Jalan Mertanadi in Kerobokan Kelod. Dedicated to authentic craftsmanship, Gusto produces 100% natural, freshly churned Italian gelato and dairy-free sorbets using no artificial colors, flavorings, or chemical preservatives. The parlour is globally celebrated for blending traditional European gelato techniques with indigenous Indonesian fruits, spices, and botanicals, offering a rotating roster of over 50 innovative flavors. Offerings range from exotic regional specialties like Tamarillo (terung belanda), Lemongrass (sereh), Chili chocolate, Kemangi (lemon basil), and Dragonfruit to timeless Italian classics like Valrhona Chocolate, Pistachio, and Salted Caramel.

- Open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM; cup and cone sizes range from Small (2 flavors, approx. Rp 35,000), Medium (3 flavors, Rp 60,000), Large (4 flavors, Rp 100,000), to Extra Large (5 flavors, Rp 160,000).
- Payment & Parking
- Cash, QRIS, and major credit cards are accepted; a large dedicated parking lot with security personnel accommodates scooters and cars directly in front of the venue on Jalan Mertanadi.
