Naughty Nuri's is Bali's legendary barbecue institution and grill house, celebrated across Indonesia and internationally for its fall-off-the-bone tender pork ribs, vibrant roadside charcoal smoke, and spirited dining atmosphere. Originally established in Ubud in 1995, this beloved culinary landmark brings its famous sweet-and-savory glazed ribs to southern Bali in Jimbaran. Guests can watch pitmasters grill thick racks over blazing coconut-husk charcoal, infusing them with rich caramelized flavors. Beyond ribs, the menu highlights Indonesian satays, gourmet burgers, crispy pork knuckles, and the restaurant's trademark ice-cold martinis served with lively table-side singing and shaking rituals.
