Sangsaka is an intimate, critically acclaimed modern Indonesian restaurant tucked along Jalan Pangkung Sari in Seminyak, conceptualized by Executive Chef Kieran Morland. Centered around traditional live-fire cooking, the kitchen utilizes custom-built wood-fired ovens and charcoal grills fueled by native woods such as rambutan, coffee, and clove tree timber. The menu offers innovative interpretations of archipelago classics, elevating complex regional sambals, slow-cooked braises, and flame-licked seafood to fine-dining standards. With only forty seats and an open culinary counter, the venue offers a smoky, sophisticated atmosphere complemented by an upstairs cocktail bar called Diatas.
