Dream Beach is a picturesque 115-meter crescent cove of powdery golden-white sand tucked between dramatic limestone cliffs on southwestern Nusa Lembongan. Celebrated as one of the island's most scenic stretches of coastline, the bay features luminous aquamarine waters framed by rugged bluffs and tropical greenery. Visitors can relax on sun loungers along the sand or enjoy clifftop infinity pools and open-air dining overlooking the panoramic ocean horizon. While breathtakingly beautiful for sunbathing and coastal photography, the bay experiences powerful shorebreaks and strong undertows that demand caution near the water.

Insider tips

  1. 01

Infinity Pool Day Access. You can access the two-tiered cliffside infinity pool at Dream Beach Huts overlooking the bay by purchasing a day pass or spending a minimum amount on lunch and drinks at their restaurant.

  2. 02

Heavy Shorebreak Warning. The beach has an abrupt drop-off with powerful dumping waves and dangerous backwash; avoid swimming out beyond waist depth, especially during mid-to-high swell conditions.

  3. 03

Scenic Bluff Walk. Instead of driving your scooter around the inland roads, take the scenic 5-minute coastal walking path over the rocky limestone bluffs connecting Dream Beach directly to Devil's Tear.
