Founded by Balinese restaurateur Agung Rai Sutama and Managing Director Dewa Wahyu Bintara of Pulau Projects, Yuki is a groundbreaking modern Japanese izakaya located directly at the foot of Pantai Batu Bolong in Canggu. The space embodies the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi fused with coastal Balinese living, showcasing minimalist reclaimed-timber seating by Kōsame, woven bamboo ceilings, and an open pavilion framing crashing ocean surf. Led by Executive Chef Yudha Permana and Head Chef Kadek Bajil, the culinary team reinvents classic izakaya fare with creative Balinese ingredients and robata grill techniques. Signature highlights include crispy Nori Ahi Tuna Tacos, Wagyu Beef Sando with truffle aioli, charred yakimono octopus, innovative plant-based watermelon "tuna" maki, and craft cocktails infused with yuzu and Japanese whisky.
