Satu-Satu Coffee Company is an authentic, family-owned specialty coffee shop and artisanal roastery located along Jalan Pantai Berawa in Tibubeneng, Canggu. The cafe is owned and operated by the Sudana family, who have cultivated coffee in the volcanic highlands of Kintamani, Bali for generations. Satu-Satu is unique in utilizing 100% organic Arabica and Robusta beans harvested from their own multi-generational family estate, processed with traditional Balinese shade-growing and wet-hulling methods, and roasted in-house. The lively, welcoming cafe is celebrated for pulling velvety, low-acidity espresso with rich dark chocolate and brown-sugar undertones, complemented by a hearty menu of Aussie-style brunch favorites, fresh smoothie bowls, and traditional Indonesian rice dishes.
