Originally established on Jalan Raya Pantai Berawa as Peloton Supershop by Australian founders Tom and Madison alongside culinary collaborator Lauren, Pels Supershop is Canggu's pioneering 100% plant-based cafe and community hub. Combining eco-conscious dining with urban cycling culture, the vibrant two-story space features mounted vintage bicycle frames, high industrial ceilings, bright yellow retro graphics, and polished concrete floors. The menu celebrates inventive, flavorful vegan comfort food, famous for "The Italian Job" sandwich (crumbed artisan soy "tricken", vegan mozzarella, and house marinara on toasted sourdough), pulled jackfruit "Ms. Jackson Tacos", and loaded cashew-sour-cream nachos. Serving locally roasted specialty coffee with in-house pressed almond and coconut milks alongside cold-pressed juices, Pels remains an iconic gathering spot for Bali's plant-powered community.
