Designed entirely from sustainable earthen materials, reclaimed wood, and open-air bamboo architecture built around a sacred living Bodhi tree, Zest overlooks a verdant river ravine. The kitchen champions \"power plants\" by sourcing 100% of its organic produce from local Balinese farmers to craft imaginative comfort dishes—including smoky jackfruit steaks, plant-based sourdough pizzas with cashew mozzarella, raw nori rolls, and medicinal herbal elixirs.
