Sindhu Night Market, locally known as Pasar Malam Sindhu, is a lively culinary bazaar located at the northern end of Sanur. During daytime hours, the venue operates as a standard fresh produce market, but as the sun sets, it transforms into an open-air wonderland of sizzling street food carts and communal dining tables. Celebrated as one of the cleanest and most authentic night markets in Bali, it attracts a friendly mix of local residents, expat families, and international travelers. Vendors cook an astonishing variety of Indonesian delicacies to order over blazing wok burners and charcoal grills, delivering rich flavors at very affordable prices.
