Established on Jalan Raya Pantai Berawa by a team of six hospitality industry veterans (Mexicola Group alumni Isabella Rowell, Lorenzo De Petris, Nicolas Lento, Federico Sirito, Denny Bakiev, and Vanessa Di Maria), Mosto is celebrated as Indonesia's first dedicated natural wine bar. Designed by Sydney architect Kelvin Ho of Akin Atelier, the intimate 60-seat neo-bistro blends Parisian salon intimacy with Australian wine bar aesthetics through an all-white brick exterior, terracotta tiles, and polished pebblecrete accents. Sommelier Nicolas Lento oversees a cellar of more than 70 low-intervention, organic, and biodynamic labels (including the team's pioneering Bali pet-nat "Lazarus Pulp"), paired with plates from Michelin-trained Executive Chef Lorenzo De Petris. The menu features inventive creations such as house tagliolini with sambal arrabbiata, Lamb Rendang Xian Bing, duck liver terrine, and artisanal crostoni.
