Moksa Plant-based Cuisine & Permaculture Garden is a pioneering farm-to-table culinary retreat tucked away in Banjar Kutuh in Ubud's Sayan district. Co-founded by permaculture visionary Janur Yasa and certified plant-based Chef Made Runatha, the restaurant operates amidst its own thriving organic permaculture garden.
