Busy 09:00 AM - 11:00 AM Found on Google Maps 1 Oct 2026
Tegenungan Waterfall is an impressive cascade located in Kemenuh village near Sukawati in Gianyar Regency, just a short drive south of Ubud. Fed by the flowing waters of the Petanu River, a thunderous 15-meter sheet of water plunges over a sheer rock ledge into a wide river basin enclosed by dense tropical jungle. As one of central Bali's most accessible waterfalls, the site features well-developed infrastructure including concrete walking paths, viewing pavilions, bamboo bridges, and cliffside day clubs. Travelers can descend the landscaped staircase to take a refreshing dip in the lower river pool or admire the panoramic vista from elevated terraces above the gorge.
