Santanera
$$ Busy 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Dinner) Found on Google Maps 2 Oct 2026
Conceived by Colombian-born culinary veterans Andrés Becerra and Germán Rincón alongside a close-knit group of hospitality visionaries, Santanera is an architectural and gastronomic masterpiece situated on Jalan Tanah Barak in Canggu. Spanning three dramatic levels connected by a sculptural iron spiral staircase, the venue fuses Art Deco sophistication with Latin American warmth, distinguished by soaring glass facades, herringbone timber floors, deep leather booths, and murals by artist Due Hatue. The kitchen conducts a vibrant dialogue between Latin American culinary heritage, European technical precision, and organic Balinese farm ingredients. Standout plates include Yellowfin Tuna and salmon roe tartlets with citrus tiger's milk, Hamachi ceviche with patacones, wood-fired baby squid with black garlic mole, and 4-week dry-aged duck breast.
