Sa'Mesa is an award-winning, theatrical communal dining experience located on Jalan Canggu Padang Linjong in Canggu. Inspired by the warm hospitality of an Italian grandmother ("Nonna Carmela") inviting the entire village to dine, the concept gathers strangers and friends around a single, massive wooden table for an evening of shared gastronomy. Guests are treated to an extravagant feast of 15 to 18 traditional Italian courses served family-style down the center of the table, ranging from fresh crudo and handmade pastas to succulent roasted meats. As the dinner progresses, lively music, free-flowing wine, and complimentary ice-cold limoncello turn the gathering into an unforgettable, high-energy dinner party.

Arrive Punctual for the Welcome Drink. All guests are seated together and served courses simultaneously; arrive promptly at the designated seating time (typically 7:00 PM) to mingle during the welcome aperitivo.

Pace Yourself for the Courses. With up to 18 diverse dishes flowing over two and a half hours, avoid overfilling on the early focaccia, burrata, and antipasti so you have room for the late pasta and prime meat courses.

Bottomless House Limoncello. Near the conclusion of dinner, large chilled bottles of homemade limoncello are placed along the table for guests to pour freely as toasts and dancing begin.
