Created by executive chef and restaurateur Dean Keddell (founder of Sea Circus and author of Our Bali Your Bali), Neon Palms is a playful cafe and cocktail hideaway perched directly above the Bali Boat Shed boutique in Seminyak. Entered through an iconic hidden pink pastel door on Jalan Kayu Aya, the breezy second-floor haven is adorned with safari-chic rattan furnishings, terrazzo counters, and vibrant hand-painted jungle murals filled with cockatoos and toucans. The versatile menu fuses modern Australian brunch staples with vibrant Asian street-food influences, featuring Karaage Chicken Tacos with sriracha aioli, steamed Neon Dumplings, Prawn Sesame Toast, and slow-cooked Beef Rendang Tacos. With open-air shuttered windows framing panoramic views of Seminyak's busiest fashion crossroads, it offers a spirited oasis for daytime dining and tropical cocktail gatherings.
